What is Synapse STEM Hub?
Synapse STEM Hub is a subscription learning platform that combines structured K–8 STEM curricula with AI-assisted tools. Tracks like Little Techs and DigiKids deliver weekly lessons, hardware kits, and badge milestones.
How does the subscription work?
Subscribe to a track (Little Techs, DigiKids, or Cadets) to unlock that track's lessons, Sam AI tutor, and badge progression. Your first month is included in the starter kit price ($179). Month 2 onward is $29.99/mo.
What hardware is included?
Little Techs receives a micro:bit v2 kit. DigiKids receives a Grove Beginner Kit for Arduino (10 onboard sensors). Cadets receive an advanced systems kit based on their project track.
What ages are the tracks for?
Little Techs is designed for K–3 (ages 5–8). DigiKids is for Grades 4–5 (ages 9–11). Cadets is for Grades 6–9 (ages 12–15).
What is the AI badge journey?
Every lesson advances students through a 4-level badge framework: Foundation → Explorer → Builder → Master. Each badge represents demonstrated mastery of real engineering and computing concepts.
What is Sam AI?
Sam is your child's AI STEM tutor — built into the portal and mobile app. Sam guides students through lessons, answers hardware questions, and adapts to each student's pace.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time — no long-term commitment required. Access continues through the end of your current paid period. Hardware kits are non-returnable once activated.
Is there a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes — 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're unsatisfied for any reason in the first 30 days, contact us and we'll make it right.
